When I came across this image I immediately fell in love.
This father was holding his 4 day old little girl. He had requested this specific pose with his daughter.
At first she did not love this pose. In fact, she cried. Cried alot.
Then she grabbed his thumbs with both hands and immediately stopped crying.
She felt safe. She felt secure. There was a perfect connection.
And it was really beautiful.
This family will have this beautiful moment forever.
I don't just take pictures.
I photograph what matters.
The quiet moments. The silly moments. The first moments. The little moments.
And everything in between.
Moments that pass so quickly.
